Red Dates Longan Tea
A must-have during confinement! Instead of water, red dates longan tea is consumed throughout the day as it’s a warming drink that helps to nourish the blood, builds up 气 qì (energy) and strengthens the spleen and stomach.
Longan is believed to be a “heaty” fruit and is a good source of vitamin C which is important for healthy bones, blood vessels and skin. Red dates help to replenish and nourish your blood, thus improving blood circulation. It has been used in Chinese medicine for thousands of years to help with insomnia and anxiety, as they are an adaptogen, which are substances that help reduce stress.
Red dates longan tea is great to boost energy and help with recovery and most times it is also said to help boost milk production during and after confinement.
Indication
Drink 3-4 bottles a day.
Storage lifespan: 7 days. Please keep refrigerated. Leave it out to room temperature before consuming if you’re drinking this during confinement period.
